Progen Academy is dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a passion for sports among young athletes.
Progen Football Club is positioned in the Greater Accra Region which is the largest population growth region in Ghana and has the support of the Regional Football Association (RFA) and the Ghana Football Association.
Progen Coaches have been training young aspiring footballers as well as providing football training services to under-privileged youth from all the country since 2010. In order to meet the demands of the elite clubs in major leagues, we at Progen are committed to training, developing and guiding the youth on a career path on and off the field.
The football program at Progen Football Club is divided into stages that helps us better develop our players to meet the international standard.
01Build the base. Discover your true potential.
At this stage of development, our focus is on the introduction to the fundamentals of the game, technical and tactical potentials of all player positions.
02From field player to a dedicated role.
The focus at this stage is to progress players into the advance technical, tactical, physical developmental potential aspects of the player to play their dedicated roles.
03Refine every part of the game.
In the Pro level, we are devoted to refining the technical proficiency, tactical awareness, physical abilities and the psychological approach of the player.

Training fees depend on your player's age group and the number of training sessions per week. The exact total is shown before you pay. Training fees are per year and renewed from My ProGen when the period ends.

ProGen is known for its after school Football Development Program. Players train 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week depending on their plan.

Summer camp detailsOur training plans cover players aged 4 to 19. Training fees are set by age group (4–7, 8–11, 12–15 and 16–19) and by the number of sessions per week.
